Before the battle

This is a photo that I took in year 2008 of a Legio I Italica group rehersal. I thought it would look cool if edited to a "Saving Private Ryan" style version, so I did it.
I am very happy with the result so I decided to share it with you:



Hereìs a couple of 100% crops, which I think look really film-like.
Note that I did not use any trick such as artificial noise:

the camera was Canon EOS 400D.
