Ferraniacolor 200 Bromor ST 50

My turn of trying a frankensteiner
Ferraniacolor 200 colour film developed with Ornano Bromor ST 50 (B&W developer)
2 mins 30 sec with 20" agitation at beginning then 5" every 30", all at 20° C
Bromor ST 50 is a very rapid developer that is normally used for paper at 1+9 dilution
but at 1+4 dilution it can be also used for film, develop time ranges from 1'30" to 2'30"
I choosed it for it's energy, hoping to make up for inherent weakness of contrast due to the cross processing.

Overall, decent result, but certainly not a method I would use for any serious work:

Not bad, you got the same kind of grain and tonality I found when I tried C-41 in BW chems. It's an interesting technique but as you say, I wouldn't use it for serious work.

Agree, not bad results at all. Hate to see my beloved Ferrania being used this way, however.

Can you still buy ISO 200 Ferrania in Italy? I see it for sale out of HK for around $7USD per roll, but
with good expiration (2013).
