Nikon folks will be along in a moment to answer your question, meanwhile there is a thread here describing Soligor 1:2.8 f=28mm -- 21+ Versions Your lens looks like the second T4 version "SOLIGOR WIDE-AUTO 1:2.8 f=28mm 58Ø No.171nnnn-176nnnn" manufactured by Tokina 1971-1976, year is second two digits of serial number.
