hello,
I am a newbie, to the forum, and just starting to test mf lenses.
I have recently purchased a kyoei/acall 250/f4 lens. Luis has already confirmed it is an exakta mount.
My question is, what adapter do I purchase, for use with my canon rebel T2i (550D)? A link to ebay would be helpful.
I am not too bothered if there is no infinity focus.
thanks in advance for any assistance. karen

Hi karen
welcome to MFL...I am not familiar with Eos but have you read this thread?

yes I did. I know there are adapters out there, but with differing thickness. As I will have to order from overseas, need to make sure I have the correct fit.

Hi Karen,
Some cheap adaptors will not have the correst thickness allowing the exakta lens to focus at infinity. It may not matters with long tele photo lens but wide and standard lens. If this is the only exakta lens you will have, you may just buy the less expensive one. Some lens may not focus at infinity with the most expensive and you have to adjust infinity. Moreover, you may need to sand aperture handle if there is a bulge on it.

Please post this type of questions to the adaptor session next time.
