Sadly, it took me too long to shoot my sample roll - I hadn't kept track of Fuji's discontinuance of this nice film. So this is my little try with the film and a farewell - Neopan 1600, I hardly knew ya

Cracking pics Jussi. I like all.
After my Delta disaster I was going to switch to this film. I missed the news that it was going. Oh well!
Incidentally, my usual online supplier still seems to stock it. _________________ Casual attendance these days

Try HP5+, then - it is much more well-behaved than any of the fast films. Neopan 1600 is the slowest of the fast films, with a real sensitivity barely reaching 800 it is not far off HP5+ (which is a bit faster than the nominal 400) or even Tri-X.

How do you find out the true speed of a film? _________________ Casual attendance these days |

Thanks for the comments - and interesting info re film speeds. I do like HP5+ and will probably use more of it in the future.
One more from the roll, this one illustrating our daughter using a proper camera - her SP1000 with a Super Tak 50/1.4, loaded with Foma 400.
