My flektogon 20/2.8 (M42) has infinity on 4 meters. On (real) infinity, or further than 4 mtrs. it becomes unsharp. Anyone familiar with this problem??

Yes, that can happen. Is it the case when the lens is adapted or on an M42 cam?

I bet it was messed up by a Nikon user. There was a lab here in Italy which did the same kind of adaptations.
It's not a big problem but you need to take the lens to a service where they have a collimator so they can retune it.
