Very super fast walk through Bologna

I did visit Alessandro at his studio today, and in the late afternoon we took a fast walk through Bologna - I found that he's walking too fast for my brain to be able to process any great shot in the mean while Laughing but still here's a few ones that are not totally trash Wink

01.
I begin with a stolen snapshot on the bus. I missed the focus on the front guy (hey, I wasn't even looking in the finder!)
but I was lucky to catch this respectable old lady pickpocketing the big old nasty guy. Man bites dog! (just kidding) Very Happy

02.
Street life Bologna style (easy and quiet)

03.
I think I will make of this my yearly entry for the "super slant show contest" Laughing
really unfixable also in Photoshop, but the buildings were too nice to let the shot pass:

04.
My big regret for this shot is that just seconds before I took it, two super hot "chicks" crossed the street
- they would have been actually quite an optical improvement over the red back-packed guy Rolling Eyes

05.

06.

07.
Guess who's the guy in the corner Smile

08.

09.

P.S. all shots Leica M9 with Biogon 2/35

Me too, Patrick. Bologna is less known than other Italian cities, but it's very beautiful.

Very enjoyable to see photos of a familiar city!

My sister studied art history there for two years, and I often visited her in those days, late 1990s. It is a beautiful town and the atmosphere I felt positively more relaxed than business-minded Milan or Como, Verona, Venice (which is where I spent a lot of time as well).

Did I forget to mention the food and restaurants? Of course, you chose a great guide for both in Alessandro Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy
