2nd one is including/inviting you - 1st shows power of and distance of normal people to the building owner.
both are very good, depending on the occasion you use them

Lovely images, one of my friends is from Hungary, i will have to show him your beautiful pictures, he has been living in Australia for a few years now, i'm sure he will love looking at all these shots from his home.

#2 for me too. I would like even more if taken from slightly lower position to reduce building horizontal curvature (flat as in #1), maybe tiny bit back to include both left & right foreground flower gardens.
