Two lights. There was a main light on the left, and a fill light on the right, not too weaker, because the model had already enough... 3D by herself so we did not need to enhance it with lateral accents. Instead we wanted her flesh to look soft and desireable. Both lights were diffused by umbrellas.

(P.S. if you look in the model's right eye, the reflections will give you a clue)
EDIT: I was forgetting about the light behind the screen, to lighten the screen.
So three lights in fact.
