A couple from my WW-I era Bausch-Lomb Tessar Series 1c mounted on Pentax bellows.

Iris is beautifully rendered by the old Tessar. They sure are popular models, aren't they? Dew drops really make that shot work.

Yes, it's remarkable how a lens probably intended for a large format camera, some 80-90 years ago, can produce such good results today, from a tiny portion of its coverage.

Also, QC was much better back then, when all lenses were individually checked for errors. Still, it's remarkable that old Tessars can be this good. Do you remember my set made with the Krauss Paris Anastigmat-Zeiss from the 1890's I made a while back?
