The location is Lodhi Gardens, New Delhi. For those who are interested: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lodi_Gardens. We had a nice outing with a couple of other photographer friends that morning. This is all very early morning light.
These are the only two decent shots out of twelve I got from the roll  I thought I had exposed all twelve correctly  Resized from 2080 X 2048 scans. I am not happy with the scans though. I cannot avoid buying a scanner now.

Yup handheld, also could be due to the fungus in the lens.
