What do you think of this software?
I am perplexed and not really convinced. But I am interested in understanding what is their technique.

It would seem to be an extension of the PS technique of merging two or three photos of a high dynamic range which have been exposed for highlight/shadow/average to get the broadest possible dynamic range. They have also added some kind of "blur" technique to extract max resolution as well. Looks expensive for what it seems to do - if the examples ae anything to go by.
