I saw a few times around 100 USD but I never bought any yet. I am waiting for an Olympus 4/3 below should hit market from HK and I able to put on it.

Another possibility, use a Leica-EOS adapter, then EOS bellows (chinese ones cost like 20 Euros), then EOS-4/3 adapter

EOS 4/3 is not exist , but now I have m4/3 which is exists , good idea thanks!
