people love to take pictures
some have them taken by one of the many photographers offering their services:
There are hundreds of professional photographers out in town, those at Tao Dan park they are easily identifiable for all wearing the same yellow T-shirt 
these are tired after a long day of work, this is late evening, the park already had announced to be closing. Earlier it was buzzing with people, but I think business is slow. Everybody seems to be carrying their own cameras nowadays, much snapping on hand phones. Of the pros I'd estimate about 50% use digital, 50% analog SLR, photo delivery is within the hour, most likely less.

if interested I can show quite a few more photos of dressed up Saigon
but interest is, like on some shown here, more documentary than showing lens performance or for it being a decent photo.
