I tried to make a post about this lens at 10:10pm on the 15th December, but it seems the post disappeared.

In Nikon AI fit, primarily intended for a Kiev 19.
I have looked at two examples now & both have had slightly loose front elements that is curable by tightening the front bezel.
When I look down onto the front element of the lens there is a very noticeable display of Newton's Rings, something I have not seen before.
This is still present after I tightened the front bezel.
If these lenses are such poor quality of manufacture I am not bothering with getting a sluggish diaphragm attended to.
Any Kiev 19 owners out there?
BTW I was going to put the lens onto a Nikon FE. _________________ Leica IIIa c/w 50/3.5 Elmar and several Soviet lenses: J12, J8, Ind 22 & Ind 61LD
