Lovely ! This lens did perform superb on my Nikon D50 , after I sold I did bought two copies none of them was same great on my Olympus E-1.

We now have parrots in the wild in the London area.....if you used a film camera it is impressive as 300mm minimum f5.6 and slower film for better quality is difficult without a tripod esp in those lighting conditions.

Yes those small parrots live in cologne where the winters are not as strong as in the hills around.

I always enjoy whatching those little guys Smile. And the telephoto lens gives me the opportunity to take some funny portraits of them.

Very, very nice results! Much better than the copy I had, and there's some pin sharp focusing going on there Smile
