Anyone could please suggest a Photoshop technique (or a plugin that does it) to add a sparkle in the eyes when it's missing?
I mean like the reflection of a window, of a spotlight...

White brush, 100 opacity, 2px size, then make small dot with a small line and use gaussian blur on it
