Hi, here are some street shots from St. Petersburg.
I have put them here, because the B&W prints were shot with the Yashica Electro 35GS using a Kodak BW400CN.
My local lab produces a slight sepia tone when scanning the pics, I like that.

Nevski Prospect

At a metro station, pity it's unsharp.

The guy in the background is pretty spooky!

In order to be quick, I have used the cam at hyperfocal settings and f8, unfortunately the shutter speed got a little slow this way at times.

The next shots were taken with a Vivitar UltraWide & Slim 22mm plastic lens camera using ISO800 Fuji film:

Kasanskij sobor

At the Nevsky Monastery .

Carsten, love the street shots and forgot you had a VUWS! This should have
gone in the film section, not digital. Attila can move this when he sees it.

Need to try the Kodak film, like the sepia effect!

The UWUS makes great photos, it's a remarkable little cam... and the Yash shots are excellent and atmospheric. The scans do tend to browns - and sometimes greens - even on a home scanner. I like that effect as well.

I like the first of the B&W, very nice light and sense of depth.

About hyperfocal, you can "cheat" a little and use f/4 and move forward the focus point. This will give not true hyperfocal but a deep enough focus (usually the subjects are never closer than 3-4 meters)
The two stops less will give you enough shutter speed to freeze most movements.

"VUWS" ... I like that name! Laughing

It is the film section, isn't it?

Orio moved it here, yes. Wink I've never used 800 film in my VUWS, need
to try it as I like your results.

I thought, I posted it here, because I have used a rangefinder and a viewfinder cam. Strange...
