Carl Zeiss Jena Sonnar MC 135/3.5 (M42)
OPTICS: No scratches, cleaning marks or fungus. A few dust particles, which doesn't affect performance.
MECHANICS: Focusing works fine (however, sounds slightly dry, but isn't), aperture is snappy.
COSMETICS: Nice, only slight paint loss on lacqueer.
Pictures of the lens will be available later.
Price: €70 + shipping
I accept PayPal (+3%) or MoneyBookers (+1%) _________________ (almost) complete list of Helios lenses

Recently got one of these and it certainly is very good, mine has scratched front element, which I haven't seen influence the IQ in any way.
I have to say though, this is an not a pretty lens... The zebra version is much nicer, or the Taks. But thats another subject _________________ TWAPSI - The World As Photography Sees It |

I've got nothing against the black on the CZJ, but I dont like the asthetics that much.

What i like about the Sonnar is the inscription on the front lens : Carl Zeiss Jena DDR, and you've got to love the MC lens glint ( meh i watched the dictonary for that, i could have said reflexions ) ^.^
and the red lettering. red and black ftw |

True on the colors.
white on black is more sombre.
Chinon's orange and greens lettering make it look a bit like a toy. _________________ TWAPSI - The World As Photography Sees It |

Speaking of the barrels' look, I think the best looking is the aluminium 4/135 Sonnar - and in my personal opinion, the 4/135 takes better pictures than the 3.5/135, in spite of the older age and single coating (but I am in the minority, because many more people prefer the 3.5 version).
Anyway no-x'a lens is a great bargain at 70 Euros. The normal value of this lens is 90-100 Euros, so grab it now. _________________ Orio, Administrator

I respectfully disagree with you all on the most beautiful 135mm...
In my opinion, it is definitely the Tair 11a. I looks like the front gear drive on a Cold War Tank... There is something very sexy about tank gears
