By the way, for those who are interested: all eBay product shots were made with the 5D + Carl Zeiss Jena 50mm f/1.8 Pancolar at f/22 (which I got from no-X earlier this year). That lens is sharp! Smile

So everything was sold yesterday (not hard when everything starts at EUR 1). Any winning bidders from this forum? If so then please let me thank you for your business!

Well too bad that this great chance went by unnoticed. Strange enough this site does not show that when clicked on "new articles since last visited" http://forum.mflenses.com/search,search_id,newposts.html which I use regularely...bummer, some lenses I would have bid on also.

Congrats on your successful sale!

I tried to snatch that old tessar but it went for 2 euro above my bid... I was too much cheap (but I'm trying to restrain to buy too much stuff lately, I still have to use and test some lenses bought 2 months ago).

That's right... The forum software only remembers the new posts since the last session. If you start a new session (for example by closing your browser and starting it again) then all previously unread posts will disappear. You'll get used to it though. Wink

Yes.

I use the RSS reader a lot, but I only receive concise messages with topic stats. Do you actually receive complete messages? Or maybe I'm doing something wrong...
