Attended the 09 Midwest Accord Meet in a Chicago suburb last weekend, and once the meet started to wind down, 4 of us decided to drive downtown and take some pics.

Nothing special done to these...a couple have been de-saturated a bit. Pentax K10D Cool

"Legs...only" SMC M 28/2.8

"Double sky" Zenitar 16/2.8

????! Zenitar 16/2.8

"Tones and tracks" SMC M 50/1.7

Ryan, I like the force field dome effect in #2, very cool, and I like the
last shot for the atypical angle. I see where you were going in #1, but
I don't find the comp all that strong or interesting, but that could be just
me, so grain-of-salt, that. Wink

It's kind of a "context" shot, I guess. There are a couple hundred pairs of 7-8ft tall legs (waist down) going in random directions. For me, it was kind of difficult getting something out of the ordinary. Looking back on it...should have used the Zenitar near ground level but I get sick of changing lenses so often, especially in a group Embarassed

I do appreciate the critique. I'll go through the pics one more time and see if there's any others that have the sun in the right spot Smile

The reflective thing is called "Cloud Gate" officially, "The Bean" to pretty much everyone Wink Here's a pic of the whole thing:

When walking in the center (since it's shaped like a bean) you can do weird things like this:

Figure THIS one out Laughing

Thanks for the comments Very Happy
