Using Fuji Neopan 400, Koni Rapid Omega 100:

I have a few more, but will wait till every one has their Visine handy. Laughing

Film developed in 1:1 Bullshitanol @ 15mins, nope, didn't do my own
developing, had the ma and pa place do these today, and were ready
in less than an hour after dropping the roll off.

Thanks, Attila, I'll be trying color film the next time I use this lens.

Thanks, Orio, since close-focusing is 4 meters, you're removed from the
action with this lens. Just need to practice stuffing everything I want in
that inner box of the VF. Wink

Thanks, Bob, even with the big Tele, this camera is fun to use. Smile
(I think you could leave out the "very very" and maybe the "good", too.) Wink

Thanks, Ron, have two Portra rolls I'm waiting on that I sent out from
Wallies, one has the truck show shots on it. Currently, I have another
roll of Provai 100F loaded, looking for some great light! Smile

BTW, I average about 8 shots a roll that are in good focus with this cam,
which is better than I average on anything else! Laughing

The camera does sound like a bolt action rifle loading another shell
when advancing the film. Got a dirty look from a cop that rubbernecked around when he heard the sound, narrowed his eyes at me, then walked off shaking his head. Laughing So it is a little louder than the snick snick sound I said before. The sound and the action of loading the next frame is part
of its coolness factor. Yep, yet another camera not to take to a library
or the opera. Laughing

I'd love to see that.

great quality Bill! those shots render the space, the bokeh is honey, superb b&w

Ron, it's one of those things where if you do the action quickly, pull outward on the advance lever like you're ejecting a hot shell casing, well, it sounds like you're ejecting a hot shell casing. Laughing If you slow it down, the noise drops considerably and I'm told that is the way should do it, saves wear and tear on the gears.

Poilu, thanks for your comments. I think the Tele-Omegon might have
even nicer bokeh shooting wide open. Will see if it loses sharpness. I've
heard from several that all 4 lenses in the line are great performers.

Bob, thanks again, too kind, but since you're a buddy, your praise doesn't
count! Just kiddin'. Wink
