Result is poor , is it possible is this scanning or slide problem ? Slide is fresh Sensia 200

OK, to me this looks like the film was underexposed on shooting and the gamma of the scans probably pushed up to compensate, this can create that blue veil - another possibility is the lens flaring.
I think it's more probably the first possibility but can be also the second.
