This lens is my drug... I can't imagine myself without it.
Nice captures Trifox! Especially your daughter's portrait.

I love the shots

Great lens, without a doubt.

I tried to use lens of 35 mm (summicron M, summilux M, summaron M - the best that I used-, Elmarit R, Hexanon 2,8, angulon 2,8 Rollei, flektogon 2.4, etc) but feel more comfortable with 50-85 range.

It seems that 35 mm not for me. Rino.

thanks!! I was reading the Koji's translated quote regarding Distagon 1.4/35

this lens has something special --

If Koji would have translated more books of Zeiss lenses it could have been great .. Smile

Hahahaha

Yes, your daughter shot is great. The lens seems to me pretty good too.

He said that D35/1.4 is a perfectly balanced lens for colour, sharpness,
distortion, and handling. It is a mighty lens.

It is too expensive to have now, I was pretty happy with Ai 35/1.4S for
a long time since F2 and F3 were my main cameras, so missed getting one.

His writing style is unique and says sometime very hard to translate into
english, let alone italian. Very Happy

Some day I will summarize some of his descriptions about Zeiss lenses
such as 35/1.4, 85/1.2, and 55/1.2 (maybe G-Planar 45/2 and G-Biogon 21 too). But do not hold your breath. Cool
