The swing filter holder sometimes was immediately removed to put on other brand filters or accessories, so it is not that rare to see cameras that don't show any traces of swing filter wear.
As to the date, the lens serial is in the 2,100,000s, according to the Vademecum that would put it around 37-38. Heliar serials from 37-39 span the 2,000,000 to 2,500,000 range, post-war production resumed at about 2.700.000.
