This is one of the new Z lenses that I would really like to try.

It is a quite nice lens, some complain the weak corners at wider aperture,
but it will be very sharp after f8 and mid to far distance this will disappear.
The nicest thing is you can do close focus to less than 20cm and yet sharp,
and its drawing is hard to describe "superb" kind.

how did you find the 2/35 koji? I'm seriously thinking about splashing out for that. You only live once.

Hi Conor

This 35/2ZF is the best so far except makro's. Very Happy

If you like a normal lens, makro 50/2 is recommended.
I compared it against Zuiko 50/2, there was not much of competition.
Yes, Makro Planar won the battle.

Yes Planar 50/1.4ZF is very good lens if you like a fast lens.
But there are many "cheaper" good ones, so you pick what you like.

For wider lens, I only have 25/2.8ZF so not much I can say. 35/2ZF is
a very versatile lens indeed, forget MTF graphs. Check the results.

Last night, @f8, ISO3200 @Shibuya, Tokyo from the hotel window (thick glass)

Just hours ago, @f5.6, ISO400 @Shinjyuku station in Tokyo
