T* 28/2.8 distagon.. currently just above 90$.. Seems cheap for now.. Is there a way I can use this on my pentax k100D.. Any converter available?...

Not without hardware modification on the lens mount.

No, because the register distances of Pentax K and Contax/Yashica are not compatible.
