Saw some interesting fungus while walking through the woods today.

First two were taken with Nikkor-HC 1.8/85





The remaining shots were taken with Nikon Micro 2.8/55

Brilliant yellow in 4 and the last, 4 is my fave, nice comp! Gotta love the
55 micro-nikkor!

Yes I did, Mike. You must've shot this at f5.6 to f8, great focus!

Super shots Mike!
I love the fungi this time of year.
Tomorrow will be our first real outing to pick Chantrelles.
In Washington state this summer we have seen a lot of rain. Much more than usual.
I expect it will be a bumper crop of fungi this fall.

I love the yellow ones, they look gorgeous!
THey look also poisonous, am I correct?
