There is no tie on the main decision. The number of voters in favour of the restriction is double compared to those who don't want any.
What remains to be decided is the size of the limit, there is exactly half of voters in favor of a limit of 800 and half for a higher limit.
So what I will do now is to set a ballot poll amongst the two most voted size limits.

Maybe it's simpler if we just make it valid from now on. I surely don't have the time to get back and resize all my pictures, too much work pressure now.
