In a very cold day, I had a lot of problems: Pentax Z-1 battery go down after 4 shots due to low temperature over Monte Grappa (-5°C with very strong wind) and Pentax Me Super had shutter problems for the same reason (as you can see Embarassed )

I've heard that the lithium battery equivalents do better in cold environments when compared to the silver-oxide/air-zinc/alkaline cousins.

But still, maybe not with -5°C weather! Shocked
