It's been pretty well documented that the E mount on NEX and a7 cameras is weak and results in lens wobbles. I've also read that it can actually be pulled apart if too heavy of a lens is attached. The problem stems from the fact that the E-mount on the NEX and A7 cameras is actually a 3-layer sandwich: two layers of metal with a layer of plastic between. It's that plastic section that is causing the problems.

Apparently the a7s doesn't have this problem -- it has a solid metal mount.

I fitted one about a month ago to a 8 month old A6000 and so far it's been perfect.

Try Amazon, they were selling Fotodiox products a lot cheaper than Fotodiox were on their own website.
