I've seen the topcor he wanted to buy and I have two problems. One, a reflection on the first element is very diffuse and it seems that the other two also

It may be dirt, oil, but certainly not to disarm me to confirm.
And second: When I move the aperture ring does not move this, just makes a smaller cam appears to be the automatic opening mechanism of the lens, without graduating. All closed or fully open.
Opinions? Coating What's normal? How does the aperture ring?
Thanks.

Hard to say from your picture whether the front element has coating problems (at least on my screen). Have you tried cleaning the external glass - with suitable caution of course! If you clean the front and then it looks normal, all should be okay. Then you can perhaps get a better idea about the internal ones. And try looking into it from the rear, towards a bright light. That usually shows up any problems.

As for the iris, - I'm not sure, but maybe the blades won't close until you move the actuating lever at the rear. Been a long time since I handled one.

Yes, they have cleaned the front element, without changing anything.
Thanks Stephen.
