Some photographs taken this morning in the gardens of the Palácio de Cristal, Oporto.

[1-4] acoustic shell

[5-7] A majestic peacock. There are a couple of dozen peacocks strolling in these gardens already accustomed to human presence. Come and eat by hand and are easily photographed.

[8] Solar do Vinho do Porto. An excellent place for a late afternoon tasting Port wine. A small garden but with a magnificent view over the Douro river.
