Thanks guys!
My thought when I saw it/them ( different picture) was a star ship ready to take off. I'm being subjective here being influenced by Star Wars ships. One of the cartoons had some spherical star ships that belonged to the Commerce Guild.
Or something similar Very Happy

No infrared.
Possible gaz collector. It was behind heavy duty fences with lots of other huge circular holding reservoirs, oil/petroleum equipment, etc.
At least 3 hours of editing in order to be left with what I saw.
