I was going to say Golden hour = golden shot...very nice.Good to see you had time to take some photos.How does the Tamron handle?Do you like it?

Amazingly atmospheric.



It reminds me of the illustrations that beguiled me in encyclopedias when I was a child.

Answering Mo question, this Tamron is weighty but not big (450 g. approx). Handles quite nice with the cam, sometimes better to hold the ensemble from the lens.

Just a look:





With the M42 adapter in. (It came originally with the Minolta-MD one...)
