Does anyone know if Adaptall-2 system adapters will work with Tamron F system lens? I have a local seller that is offering 2 old Tamron F system lens for sale. It is a 28mm and and a 135mm. I have Adaptall-2 to EOS adapters for my T2i.

My recollection from my days of selling cameras when Tamron F system lenses were new is that the F in F system stood for fixed mount. I don't think Adaptall 2 adapters are going to be very useful.

Thanks for the info! That is pretty unfortunate. The lenses are in perfect condition. I have a bunch of Tamron SP glasses and these would have made interesting comparisons. Oh well, on to the next adventure!

If they are M-42, or Nikon F mount they may be used on your T2i with EOS conversion adapters.
