T-Mount to M42 Adapter?

I've just bought a Vivitar 19mm which apparently is a T-mount lens.

Are there different types of T-mount or will any T-mount > M42 adapter work fine?

I'm suspicious that this lens may actually be M42 and not a T as listed.

A lot of old lenses are T2 lenses, so try a T2 > M42 adapter

I would agree with Alex its most likely to be a T2 mount
