I shot most of the roll in temples and shrines around town. Here's a few samples.
Minolta Dynax 7000 with an AF 50/1.4. Lab developed, scanned on a V700.
Any advice on shooting or scanning gthe film is most welcome. Thanks for looking. |

Some more. I think these are a little better.
Yep that Dynax 7000 is a nice camera. Autofocus is slow and noisy but it's very acurate.

Yebisu,
FANTASTIC!
Ok, I was sure that you know how to make great pictures
but tell me please, how can a 135 film be scanned at so impeccable quality? _________________ “The hardest thing of all is to find a black cat in a dark room, especially if there is no cat.”

I just use my Epson V700. It's an expensive scanner but I bought mine cheap (about 120 euro). It was an old version that came with Elements 4. The actual scanner is identical to the V750 as far as I know.
Anyway, I just scan at 3200 for pictures I really like and 1200 for the others. I do a dull scan by manually dragging out the levels sliders so I have the best file for editing in CS2. |

Thanks You for the detailed explanation. I scan with V500 and can't reach such a result. Or, maybe, someone else images are always looking better _________________ “The hardest thing of all is to find a black cat in a dark room, especially if there is no cat.”

I've been thinking the same about BW400CN but the Super XP2 is much cheaper over here in Japan. |
