Thanks for sharing!

I like them, very subtles colors. Delicate pics.

I read that among your lenses, have the ST v1 and the S-M-C 1,4/50. Did you compare both ?

Somebody says that the 7 elements is a bit sharper. Doesn't seem to my so clearly.

What do you think about?

Thanks.

Rino.

I agree, the post-processing is very pleasing. Refreshing when they are not over-saturated, calmer to the eye.

The pictures were not postprocessed, it is a simple raw to jpeg conversion Wink

I did not yet compare the two lenses, but I think there is only slight difference, maybe my 6 Mpix sensor will not see them. But the S-M-C will be yellow, and has 8 blades, whereas the V1 can't be yellowed ans has only 6 aperture blades Wink I currently have two V1 copies, so I'm selling one of them, I'll put it in the marketplace Arrow

Nice colors, slightly soft wide open.
Does the Super Takumar radioactive?

Rino.

the subtle colors is one of the reasons why I like the 1.4/50 Takumar
( e.g. the 1.8/55 or 3.5/28 will have more saturated colors )

No, this is the first version, without radioactive elements, there is only the coating which is yellow Wink

I wouldn't say it soft, in fact more than 99% of that image is out of focus because of extremely narrow DOF. But you can find some areas, which are as sharp as on the f/2 shot.

On my screen doesn't seem too sharp. Any of them. Actually there is no visible sharpness, everything is out of focus.
