Steinheil Munchen Macro-quinon 55mm f1.9

This lens, along with a Fujica film camera (and macro lighting setup) were given to me a while back. I believe it is a Steinheil Munchen Macro-quinon 55mm f1.9 in M42 mount. From what I've read, these were high end lenses when they were made (and I suspect that this guy has taken many pictures that have been published, given the previous owner)

Unfortunately, I don't have much use for it (I have a reasonably nice macro lens that doesn't require an adapter), so I probably won't keep it.

I haven't been able to find out much about the lens...the only things similar I see are the Auto versions (which I assume came later). Does anyone have experience with this lens, or could direct me somewhere with more information?

Maybe you should give it a try. Very good performer.
But if you want to sell it, you will probably get a huge amount of money for it! Don't forget to sell it internationally, when listing at Ebay!
