Got this from Alex @ MFlenses a while back. It works great, but I'm upgrading to a Canon 5D and this will not fit.

Screen has a split-prism center and microprism collar surrounded by ground glass. Works great for using MF lenses or AF lenses in manual focus mode.

Asking $30 via Paypal. Free shipping to USA. Will ship elsewhere for added cost.
