Guys, I disassembled my Spiratone 400mm to clean a foggy element. I removed the section with the 2 rear elements, removed the elements, cleaned, reassembled, now its focus range is 10--50' !! Not rocket science here, I just have an element backwards or swapped. They were different thickness, flat? on 1 side, convex on the other. Does have anybody have a diagram or 'know' how they are supposed to go?
I know I could get it right after 2 or 3 tries.
