You want the NEX7 for the crop factor?
Does not make much sense to me.

1.5x crop factor is better for tele work
1.5x crop is nice to use the "sweet spot" of some lenses (many old FF lenses are much better on APS-C than on FF)
Some great lenses can't be used on FF, like some Tevidons and many more and many modern lenses of course.
24MP (NEX-7) VS 10MP (A7) pixel density on the same surface
...
NEX-7 is really nice to have, even even you already have an A7
I guess NEX-7 successor will be released within the next few months btw.

The a7R if also fine for tele-work.

The Planar 1,7/50 - 1° version- (C/Y) is a modified ultron 1,8/50. Look at both schames.

yes, I bought a cheap secondhand item from keh.com and Tony did help to me with relay (thank you again Tony) , I did expect lot of people sell it to get A7(r) so may prices will done, it was 530 USD only so I couldn't resist. I wish to have long time ago this camera. EVF is disappointing rear screen small too , but everything else great!
