I agree that it usually takes time to get used to any camera, but the 6D worked straight out of the box for me...the Sony has been a far more frustrating experience. I have started to get used the EVF now though, and whilst I don't like it in good light, it certainly has its advantages in low light. The a7 clearly has worse noise than my Canon though, and I don't use noise reduction as a rule, so I'm not really interested in how files might clean up.

Overall though I've grown to like the camera a lot more through prolonged shooting...and it is seriously small!
