It's a roughly cut down self adhesive teflon chair glide from the dollar store.

The rest of the images shown here were taken through this equally aged N.P.S. coated filter...
At minimum focus distance of just under 6 feet at f8 and with the little pop-up flash on the D-810 firing.

Almost to the infinity mark at f8 again.

Hint of glow here, but much better than I was expecting stopped down.
