Pentacon 200/4 with 15 blades (pre-set), a bit uncommon version with yellow lettering...

optical condition: glass is free of fungus and scratches, some dust particles, but there is a chip on the border of one optical element - it doesn't affect anything, but it's visible - check the last picture

mechanical condition: focusing is smooth and easy, aperture works fine (there is some oil on the aperture blades, but it doesn't afeect anything on pre-set lenses; aperture ring turns easily

cosmetical condition: lens shows normal signs of use, some paint-loss on focusing ring, see pictures
