Can you get a mount for this lense to fit EOS and if so will it get infinity focus on a 5D MKII?

Guess it is a better choice for NEX or micro 4/3.
Adapting for a DSLR won't be possible with an adapter.

You may be wrong there. Someone else was succesful in adapting a similar lens to EOS, using a Rollei QBM adapter.

I am going to try this with a Porst Color Reflex 1.2, so wish me luck.
