I've got one for a long time. Very sharp, nice color rendering ... one of my favourite lenses.
I think I used it to make these (downsized for my blog) :

Very nice samples! I heard about SMC 135mm f2.5 K what is not a good lens, seems this one is a very good deal Jes.

Thanks, Jieffe and Attila for your indications.
The pictures are great, Jieffe!.
I'm still in doubt of talking about the same lens, the one that is offered to me has a close focusing of maximum of 1.5 meters, and it's not macro.
Might it be that distance in your pictures?

The one I talk about is this one:

Could you please confirm is this?

Thanks in advance!.

Jes.

Thanks for the help, I'm waiting for the arrival, hopefully next week...
This is my fourth 135, but the first one with K mount...
As the time passes I feel more and more comfortable with the K100D S.
Letting aside the light measuring annoyance, it's a very capable camera.

Jes.

Embarassed Wow ! I feel honored ! Thanks for your comment, Poilu !

The infrared pictures are made with the kit lens (easier to work with an AF lens because the focus is different in infrared and in visible light) but I intend to use MF lenses this summer.

The rest is mostly (and more & more) made with MF lenses.

I think I was too modest to post my pictures here, compared to pictures published by other members like you, Laurence, Orio, ...

Next pictures will be for our Gallery Smile

For those who are looking for a Pentax M 3.5/135 (in very good condition):
http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=220222863329&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:IT&ih=012

I found this one to be nicer and dslr than the K 2.5/135 (which has been much better on film slr).
On dslr with it's crop factor I like my Tamron 2.8/90 macro for this length much more - since it's a suberb macro lens too.
Only therefore selling it (well - of course to get some money in again)
