Has anyone had any experience with this lens. I am interested in a not too expensive 135 mm lens to use on my D700.

i haven't tried it yet, but it's interesting to me for it's ability to stop down to f64, which is rare among not macro lenses and especially 135mm telephotos

I have 2 copies, one of which is the f/64 version. I'd say the lens is okay but nothing to get sweaty about. I haven't yet found the opportunity to use f/64.

Both will be going back on EBay in the coming weeks.

And, unless it's painfully sunny, also requires quite a long expsoure too!
