Thank you for that link. I had a lot of dust between the second and third lens element and the tutorial provided the perfect assist.

Note that there are a couple of slots for placing the lens spanner in the trim ring name plate, just in front of the '2' in the 200 and diametrically opposite above the 'm' in made in Japan. This helped removal heaps and ensured a tight fit when reassembling.
